Type material Gidholm (1962: 255) stated that the holotype was deposited at the MNHN (Paris), but it is not referred in the catalogue of "Types of polychaetous annelids at the Muséum national d'Histoire naturelle, Paris", by Solís-Weiss et al. (2004). [details]
Depth range 45-60 m.
