Editor's comment The family assignation to Bubaridae is provisional until further phylogenetic information becomes available. The general skeletal characteristics of the neotype assigned by Sitià and Maldonado to Rhabdobaris agree in great extend with Raspailiidae, but it lacks the typical ectosomal skeleton present in most members of that family [details]
