Taxonomy Pseudopolydora multispinosa is distinct for the large number of distally pointed chaetiger 5 spines, which according to the authors, are similar to, but more numerous than in P. corniculata Radashevsky & Hsieh, 2000. The molecular sequence for P. multispinosa is distinct among the species sequences in the cladogram reported by Radashevsky et al (2021), but P. corniculata sequences were not included. [details]
