PDF is 1848 first edition (partial copy); BHL copy is 1851 second edition (identical to first except for title page). This is a textbook for secondary schools and any new taxonomy at genus/species level, if genuine, is perhaps unintentional. For example Nomenclature Zoologicus attributes 'Eumolpe' (q.v. in Annelida) to Gistel, but this is incorrect [G Read, Jan 2018]
