Editor's comment Ceratonereis obocki and C. obockensis are the same taxon (now Composetia obocki), described by the same author, based on the same type, collected from the same place (Obock). This does not seem to have been noticed or pointed out in the literature, as for example Wehe & Fiege (2002, page 75) list them as if they were different species. See the original records for both names. The correct name is Composetia obocki as that was the first epithet used by Gravier. Villalobos-Guerrero et al (2022: 2324) seem to be aware of this as when discussing 'obocki' they cite in a footnote the article in which Gravier used 'obockensis', but they make no comment on the anomaly [G Read, September, 2022]. [details]
