Additional information From Izumi et al., p. 24: "Uchida (2004) described this species as Halcurias japonicus. However, this species name is nomen nudum as Uchida’s description in 2004 did not designate any type specimens. Even though Uchida indicated a specimen as the type belatedly in Uchida (2007), there is no description together, and the species name is not valid currently." [details]
