Anderson et al. 1999 reestablished Collophidium based on examination of other Collozoum species but did not mention ellipsoides. Validity of species ellipsoides unknown, but if not synonym with Collophidium serpentinum then in genus Collophidium - see molec. result of Biard et al. 2015. [details]
