Diagnosis A species of Isometra in which the cirri are XL-LXII, 25-75; the first two pinnules are relatively small, especially P1, which does not exceed 5 mm. in length; the first genital pinnule is usually P5; in the female the third to seventh segments of the genital pinnules are usually expanded; this is a very large spcies with the length from the proximal edge of the IBr1, to the second syzgy at 9+10 up to 17mm. (In other species it does not appear to exceed 12 mm.) [details]
