Taxonomy Erected for type species Corythophora ijimae Ferrer Hernandez, 1932. Reiswig & Zaggren (1991) assigned the genus to Sericolophus Ijima, 1901. The latter was discovered to be proccupied and a replacement name Ijmalophus was proposed by Hooper & Van Soest (2020). [details]
