Description Corals are circular. Septa have triangular, small teeth, and costae have regular, tall and smooth spines. Coralla reach over 30 cm across and are slightly arched. The species is very common in sandy, rubble and hard substrate areas, down to at least 35 m deep. (Sheppard, 1998 <308>)
Corals are circular or subcircular, up to 280 mm in diameter. Septal teeth are triangular, pointed, coral spines are tall, smooth and conical. Colour: Brown, sometimes mottles. Abundance: Very common. (Veron, 1986 <57>) [details]

Description Corals are circular. Septa have triangular, small teeth, and costae have regular, tall and smooth spines. Coralla reach over 30 cm across and are slightly arched. The species is very common in sandy, rubble and hard substrate areas, down to at least 35 m deep. (Sheppard, 1998 <308>)
Corals are circular or subcircular, up to 280 mm in diameter. Septal teeth are triangular, pointed, coral spines are tall, smooth and conical. Colour: Brown, sometimes mottles. Abundance: Very common. (Veron, 1986 <57>) [details]
