Rosalinda naumovi sp. n. (Hydroidea, Athecata) was found on the shell of a bivalve mollusc Pododesmus macrochisma in a shallow water zone of the South Kurile region. The fertile colonies of this rare genus were first recorded. A key and data on distribution for the Rosalinda Totton, 1949 are provided.Descriptor: ROSALINDA NAUMOVI new speciesfigs. 1-4.
