Synonymy Gómez (2005) is not sure whether or not C. polykrikoides is synonym of C. catenatum
Matsuoka et al. (2008) suggest that C. polykrikoides may be a synonym of G. catenatum Okamura 1916. If this is the case, then the taxon should bear the oldest name. [details]
