Diagnosis Corallum trochoid, up to 6 mm in GCD; theca imperforate; costal origin independent, finely granular; septa decamerally arranged in 3 cycles (i.e., 30 septa); pali absent; columella fascicular. [details]Remark This genus and family was monographed by Cairns (1997), which includes a phylogenetic analysis based on morphology. Contains only one species, as <i>K. hoodensis</i> Durham and Barnard, 1952 is a junior synonym of the type species. Figures: Cairns 1997: figs. 2e, 5f [details]
