Holotype Böggemann could not locate the type and suggested it might be at NZOI (now NIWA). Unfortunately it has not been found there, but Knox's personal collection was gifted to NIWA. [details]Synonymy Böggemann (2002:87) could not locate the type, but suggested this taxon might be H. simplex or H. yenourensis. [details]
