Type locality No geolocation given, no island named. Location name given as off "Guana Head", which may be an informal name. One possibility is Long Point, NW Guana Island, British Virgin Islands, Caribbean Sea, map estimate 18.4866, -64.5823 21.6 m. White Bay is also mentioned and is also on Guana Island. Other sabellids in the article were collected on Guana Island and in a checklist of the species 'TL' for Anamobaea phyllisae is Guana Island. [details]
