Status Cushman (1944): "Articulina multilocularis H. B. Brady, Parker, and Jones (Trans. Zool. Soc. London, vol. 12, 1888, p. 215, pl. 40, fig. 10). The specimen is from 31 fathoms, Abrohlos Bank, off Brazil. The figure and description both relate this form to Spiroloculina, but the aperture with its prominent, everted lip, suggests the possibility of a uniserial development to follow. Nothing further is known of this form, and its relationships must remain in doubt until a series showing adult forms is available." [details]
