None. Begins: Tovar-Hernández (2007: 62) indicated that the type material of the fan worm Chone perseyi Zenkewitsch, 1925 was missing. Based on the original description and additional specimens from the Arctic Ocean, she transferred C. perseyi to the genus Euchone Malmgren, 1866. However, during the revision and curation of the Polychaeta collection deposited in the Zoological Museum of Moscow State University in 2022, one of us (IAJ) found two jars containing handwritten labels as C. perseyi by Lev A. Zenkewitsch (Fig. 1). One jar contains fragments of hydroids and tubes only, whereas 16 syntypes of C. perseyi are placed in the second jar.
