Distribution The Dnieper-Bug Firth in the Sokolin District, at Prognoi, Adzhigiol, Vasil'evka, Varvarovka, at Russkaya and Voloshskaya Points, at Zapovednik (numbers: 40 - 7200 specimens per square metre). [details]

Ecology Paranais multisetosa inhabits a depth of 1 - 2.5 metres (in individual cases up to 6 metres) in clean and silted up sand, rarely in mud, and is found at 0.14 - 5.6 ‰ salinity [details]
