Editor's comment All uses of this name prior to that of Beu (1970) fail to comply with ICZN Article 13.1.1.1 and are thus nomena nuda. Beu (1970) was the first to provide a differential diagnosis, so the name should be credited to Beu, 1970, i.e. Septa (Monoplex) parthenopea echo [details]
