A prelimlnary list of the Polychaetous Annelids from the state of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazll ) which includes 20 species previously cited by other authors, 15 species which are new occurrences in the region and 3 new species: Sigalion cirriferum sp. nov. ( Sigalionidae); Hemipodus olivierl sp. nov. (Glyceridae) and Spio (Microspio) gaucha sp. nov. (Spionidae).
