Remark According to Krapp-Schickel (in litt) ‘C. diversimanus (Miers, 1884) comes from the Seychelles and has only the sketches of two different Gn2 propodus + dactylus; P5-7 looks somewhat like Cedarocus spinifer Ledoyer, 1973 coming from Madagascar (originally written spiniferus, but "fer" is the right word in Latin for the male adjective, fera, ferum for the other genders, meaning "carrying). I would guess, but sadly enough only guess, that this is synonymous, as there are not enough drawings for this complicated Ceradocus. It should remain species dubia, but of course one can mention that gnathopods, peraeopod bases and also metasome + urosome segments would match with C. spinifer.’ [details]
