Authority Reeve cited the name as of Deshayes, in press in the Proceedings of the Zoological Society of London but the plate in Conchologia Iconica is dated April, 1854 whereas Deshayes' paper was issued Feb. 10, 1855 according to Sclater (PZSL, 1893 [details]
