Diagnosis Cosmiometra with centrodorsal large, low hemispheric or columnar; cirrus sockets 26-35 irregularly arranged. Cirri moderately stout, 25-36 mm long, of 29-47 cirrals. Arms 20-21, 100-120 mm long. Brachitaxes ossicles and brachials 1-2 smooth aborally with narrow and moderately high midaboral carination, and lateral edges produced and slightly everted, broadly scalloped or bearing 2-3 blunt tubercles.
