Diagnosis Oceanometra with centrodorsal bearing triangular radial and usually also linear interradial ridges separating the 10 columns of cirrus sockets. Cirri ~30-50. Primibrachials with prominent rounded synarthrial tubercle but no keel; Secundibrachials normally all of four ossicles; texture of brachitaxes and arms very finely rugose. Arms 13-22.
