Etymology [The species name was derved from Latin solidus, massive, compact, and referred to the compact size of the trunk, as Zelinka (1928, p. 344) stated: "Die vorliegende Larve zeigt uns eine etwas plumpe Gestalt, deren Verhältnis von Länge und Breite auf 2,8: 1 sinkt." = The present larva shows us a clumsy habitus, whose relation of length to width drops to 2.8:1.] [details]
