(b) Nematocysts in pairs of undischarged and discharged capsules, top row from medusa: eurytele from tentacle, desmoneme, and eurytele from manubrium; lower row from polyp stage: eurytele, desmoneme, and rare mastigophore; scale bar 10 µm.
