Ctenocidaris speciosa (oral)
Description Oral side: The long spined young, almost ready to leave the mother, are accumulated at the sunken peristome. The oral spines of the female are widened by coarse thorns, and flexed at the distal end.
Diameter of test 45 mm; Weddell Sea, Antarctica.
