from the Badenian (= Middle Miocene) of Retznei, Austria
Aboral view showing imbricate plates, “membranous” gaps, and aboral tuberculation (A). Notice that large parts of the aboral surface are missing exposing the lantern and the inside of the oral surface (B; showing ambulacral plating).
