Description Abalone piddock Penitella conradi Valenciennes, 1846 s.l. 7.2 mm, found in "worm rock" casings of Fringed filament worm Dodecaceria pacifica (Fewkes, 1889), washed up on Chesterman Beach, Tofino, BC Canada Feb. 7, 2002. W. Merilees collection.
