Bathyporeia elegans
Description Gridded abundance map of the sand digger shrimp Bathyporeia elegans in the North Sea in 1986. The prouct confirms that it is a very common macrobenthic species on the Dutch Continental Shelf. The product was developed with DIVA (Data-Interpolating Variational Analysis) and the Scale is log-transformed abundance. Data was derived from the 1986 North Sea Benthos Survey.
